A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Courtney was born and raised in Texas, and always knew that she wanted to live somewhere either close to the mountains or the ocean. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Courtney packed up her stuff and moved to Denver to live with some of her best friends who had made the same move just a few months before. In 2001, at the suggestion of friends, Courtney applied for a job at a mortgage company that offered a processor training class. She got that job quickly discovered she had a good knack for the attention to detail and customer service that are both a huge part of the job. Courtney has been in the mortgage industry ever since, and thoroughly enjoys guiding people through the documentation process. Her goal is to make the process as simple as possible and to make every client glad they chose Denver Lending.

Courtney currently lives in Parker, CO with her husband, two young children and her dog Bandit. They enjoy biking, hiking and playing at the pool.
