Denver Lending respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we may collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may receive information you voluntarily provide when you call, text, email, or request a consultation, such as your name, contact information, mortgage goals, property information, and other details you choose to share. Our website hosting and service providers may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and website activity.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and interactions, including page views, consultation-button clicks, phone-link clicks, completion of the mortgage game-plan questions, and successful consultation requests. We also use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which ads lead to successful requests and calls. These services may use cookies and advertising click identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, credit scores, income, loan balances, or consultation-form answers in our website analytics or advertising conversion events. Google tags are configured without enhanced conversions or personalized advertising signals.

Facebook and Instagram advertising

If you allow advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to send page-visit and successful-request events to Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page URL, and cookie identifiers, and may match activity to a Facebook or Instagram account. We use this to measure advertising and build audiences for Denver Lending ads. Automatic contact matching and automatic event detection are disabled. We do not send mortgage answers or contact details in our Pixel events. Meta’s use of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Meta tracking stays off until you select “Allow cookies.” You may decline or withdraw permission using “Privacy choices” on any page. We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping Meta tracking off. Blocking cookies or declining tracking may limit our ability to measure advertising and show relevant ads.

How we use information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide requested mortgage information or services, operate and improve the website, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website or business, with lenders or other parties when you request or authorize mortgage-related services, when required by law, or in connection with protecting our rights and preventing fraud. Service providers are permitted to use information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise allowed by law.

Communications

If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we may respond using the same channel. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining mortgage services. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and to meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You can limit browser cookies through your browser settings.
